Author of numerous books on economics and reforms in the post-Soviet space.
He held the position of Head of Economic Reforms at the Office of Simple Solutions and Results (2021–2023). In May 2023, he presented the book “The New West. The Ukrainian Dream”, which offers a systemic strategy for economic reforms for Ukraine.
