An expert in energy and gas transportation infrastructure, who served as the CEO of LLC "Gas Transportation System Operator of Ukraine" (GTSOU) from May 2019 to February 2022. He actively worked on the development strategy of the gas transmission system and ensuring the country's energy security, including the cessation of Russian gas transit through Ukraine. Main areas of interest: reform of Ukraine's oil and gas sector, energy security, gas transit, and diversification of energy sources.
