A renowned Ukrainian restaurateur, he is the owner and co-owner of several popular restaurants in Odesa and Kyiv. In addition to managing restaurants, he is also known as the author of culinary books, notably "My Odessa Kitchen," which he published in 2016. He is an active participant in the media space, hosting cooking shows, and often shares his thoughts on modern trends in the restaurant industry, business management, as well as on social and cultural aspects of Ukraine. Saveliy Libkin is also noted for his stance against Russian aggression towards Ukraine, expressing support for Ukraine and actively countering Russian propaganda.
