Managing Director of Korn Ferry Ukraine. He is actively working on the development of corporate governance and organizational transformations, providing consulting on leadership development, executive recruitment, improving corporate governance, and performance management. He is also a co-founder of the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy, a non-profit organization that collaborates with INSEAD to develop best practices in corporate governance and develop independent members for the private and public sectors of Ukraine.
