Chairwoman of the civil network OPORA, expert in electoral legislation and political processes. She has led the organization since 2009, coordinating election monitoring campaigns in Ukraine. From 2016 to 2018, she participated in the political subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group on resolving the conflict in Donbas. Since 2018, she has been the chairwoman of the International Renaissance Foundation. She is an active advocate for the development of democratic institutions and ensuring the transparency of electoral processes in Ukraine.
