Associate Professor at the Institute of International Relations, Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, and Director of the Center for International Relations Research. Specializes in analyzing international conflicts, Ukraine’s foreign policy, and the theory of international relations. Author of over 70 scientific papers, including works on "International Conflicts" and "Theory of International Relations." Recipient of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology (2012). Advisor to the Committee on Foreign Policy and Interparliamentary Cooperation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Editor of the journal UA: Ukraine Analytica. Actively comments on foreign policy and international security issues.
