A Ukrainian political scientist, philosopher, and poet. Candidate of Philosophical Sciences and Doctor of Political Sciences. Head of the Strategic Communications Department at the National Institute for Strategic Studies (2005–2008). Member of the Scientific and Expert Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (since 2008). Author of the book *"The Ukrainian Idea Against the Background of Civilization"* and many others, as well as around 100 scholarly publications on humanitarian and social issues.
