Ukrainian economist and civil servant, expert in economic development and customs policy. Served as the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, where he implemented the ProZorro electronic procurement system. In 2019, he became the head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, focusing on customs system reforms. In 2020, he was elected a member of the Kyiv City Council from the "Holos" party. Actively comments on economic issues and the fight against smuggling.
