Senior Analyst at the New Europe Center, visiting analyst at ECFR. From 2012 to 2017, worked at the Institute of World Policy. In 2011, was part of an expert group conducting a strategic assessment of the Transnistrian conflict for the European Commission. He is a member of the core team preparing the "European Integration Index for Eastern Partnership Countries" and the "Visa Liberalization Index for Eastern Partnership Countries."
