Doctor of Law, professor, president of the Association of Tax Advisors, and member of the European Association of Tax Professors. Specializes in tax reform, development of financial and customs systems in Ukraine, as well as legal aspects of business and economics. Advocates for the modernization of Ukraine's tax system and the creation of a favorable investment climate in the country.
