A lawyer and former U.S. federal prosecutor. Worked in the Economic Crimes Unit of the U.S. Department of Justice. From 2007 to 2009, served as a legal advisor at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv. Focuses on issues of anti-corruption efforts, legal reform, and the judiciary in Ukraine. Was considered as a candidate for the position of director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. Frequently comments on Ukraine's legal system and its reform prospects.
