Polish historian, political scientist and diplomat. Ambassador of Poland to Ukraine (2019—2023)
A Polish historian, political scientist, and diplomat. He graduated from the Institute of History at Warsaw University and specializes in Eastern European studies. He worked as an analyst at the Centre for Eastern Studies, the Polish Institute of International Affairs, and the Bureau of National Security. In 2015–2016, he served as a staff member at the Polish Embassy in Moscow, after which he held the position of advisor to the head of the Intelligence Agency. Since 2017, he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, responsible for Eastern policy. From 2019 to 2023, he served as the Ambassador of Poland to Ukraine. During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he remained in Kyiv, supporting Ukrainian-Polish relations.
