Ukrainian economist, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), and professor. Serves as the editor-in-chief of the international scientific journal *Corporate Ownership and Control* and the director of the International Scientific Center for Corporate Governance.
His research interests include corporate governance and banking. He is the director of the Virtus Global Center for Corporate Governance and a professor at Kristianstad University.
